Meet Our Leaders
Superintendent Pastor Jeffrey K. Goodson and Evangelist Barbara Ann Goodson serve together as the pastoral leaders of Chosen Generation Church of God in Christ, united in marriage, ministry, and mission. Married for over 23 years, they model a partnership rooted in faith, service, and a shared commitment to Kingdom building.
Pastor Goodson, founder of Chosen Generation COGIC, is a seasoned leader within the Church of God in Christ with decades of pastoral, jurisdictional, and community leadership experience. Evangelist Goodson, a Philadelphia native, brings a heart for prayer, evangelism, and compassionate care, having faithfully served in ministry from a young age through teaching, outreach, worship, and prophetic intercession.
Together, they lead Chosen Generation as a church rooted in the Word, led by the Spirit, and passionate about seeing lives transformed. Their ministry reflects a balance of sound teaching, prayer, evangelism, and community impact, with a strong emphasis on discipleship, service, and spiritual growth. As pastors, they remain committed to equipping believers, strengthening families, and advancing the work of God both within the church and throughout the community.
